School Parliament Election

The School Parliament Election was conducted in a fair, systematic, and democratic manner. Interested students submitted nominations in advance, and the final candidate list was announced ahead of polling day.

On election day, students queued in order, had their ID cards verified, and received printed ballot papers — a new feature introduced this year for greater transparency. Two student police officers assisted with discipline during polling, and each voter's left index finger was marked with indelible ink to prevent multiple voting. After voting, the ballot box was sealed and securely stored, with votes counted and results declared the following day. The election ran smoothly overall, and a suggestion was noted to add candidate photographs to future ballots to help younger students.
