Yoga and Music Day

Infant Jesus Central School celebrated International Yoga Day and World Music Day together through a special morning assembly featuring a prayer, pledge, song, thought for the day, and news readings. A speech highlighted the importance of yoga for physical and mental wellbeing and music as a universal language.

A highlight of the celebration was the "Guess the Song" challenge, where students — and even teachers — competed to identify popular tunes, with points awarded for correct guesses. Mr. Satheesh Sir led a yoga demonstration, with students confidently performing various postures, encouraging everyone to adopt yoga as part of a healthy lifestyle. The celebration concluded with a shared message of health, harmony, and the joy of music.
