World Environment Day Celebration

The school marked World Environment Day with a programme in the auditorium for students, teachers, and staff. The morning assembly, led by Class X, included a prayer, pledge, thought for the day, and a speech on sustainable living. Chief guest Mr. C.K. Mani, an award-winning organic farmer from Kadampanad, shared his farming journey and encouraged eco-friendly habits.

The celebration was inaugurated with a sapling plantation ceremony led by Mr. Mani, the Principal, Rev. Sr. Sheeja SCV, Vice Principal Mrs. Reena Daniel, teachers, and students. Other activities included an Environment Day Quiz (conducted by Libnah and Ann Mariya Daniel) and student-made placards with messages like "Save Trees" and "Go Green." Teachers wore green sarees in solidarity, and all students and staff took the Environment Day Pledge. The event closed with the National Anthem and distribution of saplings for students to plant at home.
