Health and Well-being Awareness Session

Infant Jesus Central School, Thuvayoor, in association with Aster PMF Hospital, conducted an awareness session on Personal Hygiene, Mental Health and Emotional Well-being on 20 August 2026.

The session was led by Ms. Neenu S Nair, CNO, who addressed the students on the importance of maintaining good personal hygiene and developing healthy habits in everyday life. The session also highlighted the significance of mental health and emotional well-being, encouraging students to understand, express and manage their emotions in a healthy manner.

The interactive awareness programme aimed to equip students with practical knowledge for leading healthier and more balanced lives. The school appreciates Aster PMF Hospital and Ms. Neenu S Nair for their valuable contribution towards promoting health awareness among the students.
