Fruit Day Celebration

 

Fruit Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Infant Jesus Central School on 11 August 2026 for the students of Standard 1. The programme was organised by the Class Teachers, Sruthy L and Reny Chacko, with the theme “Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy.”

The celebration aimed to create awareness among children about the importance of including fruits in their daily diet. The Principal and Vice Principal spoke to the children about the nutritional value of fruits and the importance of developing healthy eating habits from a young age.

The children brought different varieties of fruits to school and joyfully shared them with their classmates. The activity helped the children learn about different fruits while promoting the values of healthy eating, sharing and caring.

The celebration was a joyful and meaningful learning experience for all the children.
