General Knowledge and Current Affairs Quiz- September

The Quizzario Club will conduct a quiz covering current affairs, science, history, geography, sports, and literature. The programme encourages students to remain curious about the world and develop the habit of learning beyond their textbooks. Regular quiz activities strengthen memory, quick thinking, general awareness, and confidence. These skills will help students become informed and responsible citizens in an increasingly interconnected world.

 

Current Affairs and Important Days Quiz – October

This quiz will focus on current affairs and significant national and international observances such as Gandhi Jayanti and the International Day of the Girl Child. Students will gain awareness of important events, personalities, values, and social concerns through an engaging learning format. The activity encourages students to connect classroom learning with events happening around them. It also promotes awareness of social responsibility, equality, and human dignity.

 

National and Social Awareness Quiz – November

The November quiz will cover themes such as Kerala Formation Day, Children's Day, AIDS Day, and Human Rights Day. Through these topics, students will learn about their state, children’s rights, public health, and fundamental human values. The programme encourages students to understand the responsibilities that accompany citizenship. It helps create informed young people who can participate constructively in society.

 

Republic Day and National Service Quiz – January

The January quiz will focus on Republic Day, Martyrs' Day, and Indian Army Day. Students will learn about India's constitutional values, the sacrifices made for the nation, and the role of those who serve the country. The programme encourages respect for democratic values, national responsibility, and the contributions of public servants and armed forces personnel. It aims to strengthen students' understanding of citizenship and their responsibilities towards the nation.
